Our power yoga is simple, but not easy. Accessible to everybody. We build heat, so we can remember to be cool. The practice is as athletic as it is spiritual.  Through strength, flexibility and meaningful breaths we work to our edge as we burn away useless energy. This creates our most natural body and mind.

POWER FLOW

Class Description

ALL LEVELS WELCOME. Improve strength, flexibility, balance, breath, focus, body control and learn to relax. We flow moving one breath to one movement. We create moments of stillness to help us find the alignment in the pose. Music is played sporadically in class to energize shared with moments of silence to bring emphasis on breathing and awareness. We work as a collective making the experience dynamic and fun. Our power yoga is not one way, its every way. Room heated using radiant heat panels 85-90 degrees. This is our staple class offered everyday of the week.

POWER BASICS

Class Description

This class will break down the fundamentals of the poses, ensuring all have possessed safe alignment. The format will resemble our Power Flow class, however there will be extra attention on alignment, and occasional teacher demonstration. Room heated between 80-90 degrees using radiant heat panels. Right now we offer this class on Saturday morning only.

POWER DOWN

Class Description

Slow controlled movement drawing focus to subtle areas of the body. Strength and flexibility will be accessed with an easier pace. Lights are dimmed for this class. Heated between 85-90 degrees. This class is offered Monday and Wednesday evenings.
